v0.3.0 — Self-resolving bootstrap identity

The one-time Bootstrap routine (added in v0.2.0) no longer needs the operator to hand-type the owner's name into the Configuration block. Its Seed phase now resolves identity automatically — from Claude Code's local git config or an already-injected account identity — and only asks directly when that's ambiguous or missing.
