v0.8.69

The radio icons of 0.8.66 looked squashed on the screen, DAB and FM with the indicator starting below the line. Chosen from three mockups, then adjusted twice (MONO dead centred, the bars clear of the M and the same distance from the letters in every set), and with the plugin's coming STEREO word taken on.

• The radio icons redrawn. The FM and DAB letters at their full height, the five signal bars standing on the letters' baseline with their tops on a parabola, rounded, the unlit ones outlined; MONO dead centred under smaller FM letters. The names and the lookup are unchanged, so a theme's own icons stay as they are.
• FM in stereo. The radio plugin will name a stereo station FM STEREO ◦◦●●●; the icon is looked for under fm_stereo_3, fm_stereo, fm_3, fm, as a mono one is under its own word, and the plugin brings fm_stereo_0 to fm_stereo_5 and fm_stereo beside the mono set.
• The type shown as text reads FM MONO and FM STEREO, not FM_MONO.
