v0.12.0 - performance & animation optimization round

  • Adaptive streaming throttle: markdown re-parse interval grows with text length (80ms to 300ms), long outputs stay smooth
  • Reasoning (thinking) block now shows a pulsing indicator on its summary while streaming
  • Fixed duplicate 'Load earlier messages' button insertion
  • esbuild minify for all bundles: vsix 208KB -> 165KB, ui.js -47%, extension.js -50% (faster webview load)
  • All smoke tests pass (51 render checks)
