What's new

• .docx upload support - Word documents can now be opened directly, alongside .md. Loading a .docx converts it (via mammoth) into Noted's shared document model and back out as Markdown, so the viewer, Edit tab, and every export format work exactly the same regardless of which format the file came in as.
• Offline update fix - the offline cache now detects when a newer version of the app is available and reloads automatically, instead of a returning visitor being stuck on a stale cached bundle indefinitely.
• Visitor counter - a small, real (non-simulated) "this week" / "total visitors" counter in the footer.
• Auto-hide footer - the footer now behaves like a taskbar: hidden by default, reveals on hover, and can be clicked to lock open.
