All 7 steps of the CLI architecture migration are now complete:

Rust CLI parser module (src/cli/args/ — 4017 lines, 8 files):
- token.rs: Pure argv tokenizer
- types.rs: FlagSchema, FlagValue, CommandPath, ParsedCommand
- error.rs: Structured errors with Levenshtein suggestions
- schema.rs: Schema-driven flag parser with type coercion
- router.rs: Command routing with alias resolution
- mod.rs: parse_and_route() integration point
- help.rs: Help text generation from Command trait
- complete.rs: Shell completion (bash/zsh/fish)

JS SDK: zero dependencies, 896 lines removed, passthrough model.
