Extend the numeric fast path to MONTHLY and YEARLY rules

DAILY and WEEKLY recurrence expansion iterates on numeric timestamps (RecurrenceEngine._expandFast); MONTHLY and YEARLY still use the general Date-stepping loop. Extending the fast path would close the remaining benchmark gap.
