Data Loader V66.0.0

This version is for use with Salesforce Spring '26 or later release through Salesforce Force Partner API v66. It requires Java Runtime (JRE) 17 or later.

What has changed?

• Fixed OAuth PKCE authentication flow crash when running in batch/command-line mode.
• Added support for External Client App (ECA) configurations — client name no longer includes UI/Batch suffix when ECA is configured.
• Upgraded Force Partner API dependency from 64.0.3 to 66.0.0.
