New

• 21 repair quests with 27 fault variants (was 15/20) and 6 Guild pro jobs (was 5): new clients Baba Yaga (Vermeiren D100), Olga the Mermaid (Panthera X3), Leshy (Magic Mobility Extreme X8), Seneb the Mummy (Quickie Nitrum + Alber e-motion), Zmey Gorynych (Pride Jazzy 614) and Count Draculescu, the vampire librarian (Quantum Q6 Edge 2.0 with iLevel); Guild job "Replacing a pair of batteries: Q6 Edge 2.0". The gnome has become Wolf the Werewolf.
• Real wheelchair models: every chair is a 3D model made from the manufacturers' photos; the diagnosis window shows the chair from all sides, with the parts to inspect marked on it. Client portraits were redrawn in their actual chairs.
• Manual footnotes: 40+ notes from the real service and owner's manuals (Quantum, Permobil, WHILL, Zippie, Ki Mobility, Alber, Vermeiren, ROHO…) behind the book icons on parts and in one window via the "Manual notes" button.
• Clients talk while you work and companions appear with them; Seating Clinic lessons have front and top views; a "Skip tutorial" button; a step back in repairs.
• Accessibility: easy-reading font (Atkinson Hyperlegible), "reduce motion", gamepad support, explanations for every setting, text 125 % by default in the browser.
• Browser: touch controls for phones and tablets, fullscreen button with an exit button, loading splash, package 12 MB instead of 39 MB.
• Guild: the chair is shown as rotating frames in the job and large in the load test.

Improved

• Repair steps revised from the manufacturers' manuals; 80+ English fixes by our editor; every step is one action with one tool.
• "Hands and eyes" is a single tool for looking and hands-on work; crescent wrench and allen key terms unified.
• New tool icons; sound-off indicator; calmer dialogue timing.

Fixed

• Freeze on the first start in the browser; Firefox serving an old build; phone tutorial hang.
• Text overflow at large text sizes; buttons overlapping each other; manual window after a text-size change; many layout fixes found in four pre-release audits.

New

• Live dialogue: clients talk while you work — they worry, share real tips from wheelchair users, react to your moves.
• Accessibility: the whole game is playable with the keyboard; speech via NVDA/JAWS or the Windows voice (F1 — keys, F2 — speech); high-contrast background, instant text.
• New tool "Eyes" for visual checks (read an indicator, a code, look for wear).
• Feedback goes to the developers: the ⚑ flag and "I disagree" now send your note (with a small screenshot) automatically.
• Settings → GAME: progress summary and reset progress (with a yes/no confirmation).

Improved

• One step = one action = one tool: combined steps were split.
• Joystick terms: the whole hand unit is the Joystick, the stick itself is the Joystick knob.
• All quests reviewed for logic and safety order; 82 translation fixes; English is the default language.
• Calmer dialogue timing; characters no longer talk at the same time.
• Anti-tippers drawn on three chairs; Iskra's seating chair matches her quest.

Fixed

• Crash when hovering a repaired client card in the Workshop.
• Crash pressing V in Guild jobs; crashes with damaged settings/save files.
• Text overflowing buttons and panels; manual pages running off-screen; a visible seam in the characters' breathing animation; the skeleton's head hidden behind text in the Seating Clinic.
