Datasets update:

• Replaced the Brazil PRODES before-2020 layer with the INPE December-2020 asset (nbr_inpe_prodes_dec2020), correcting the cutoff from the PRODES August boundary to 31 December 2020 in #221
• Added the ForTy 2020 forest-typology layers (primary, naturally regenerating, planted, plantation, tree crops, and a grouped forest class). as output columns, albeit not wired into risk for now in #244

Features:

• Added split_multipart_geojson to split multipart geometry inputs into single-part features (previously run in whisp-app), sped up analyze_geojson for simple calls, and fixed a Windows CRS-warning in #243
• Merged the dataset lookup CSVs into one table and split use_for_risk into perennial-crop and annual-crop columns in #217, then set the two equal since (for now) they are unioned anyway in #239

Fixes:

• Fixed Ind_02_commodities always being empty (inverted de-duplication) in #228
• Relaxed the earthengine-api pin to allow 1.7.x in #212

Docs:

• Removed whisp_columns.xlsx and repointed the output-column docs to the hosted result fields reference in #245
• Noted that Ind_08 has no dataset feeding it yet in #214
