Fixes:
- Fixed GLAD-L Landsat alerts crashing every Whisp run with "Expected a homogeneous image collection" after GLAD dropped the conf25 band from two (South America) UpdResult tiles; confidence bands are now mosaicked tolerantly so a missing year band can't break the collection in #248
Datasets update:
- Added GLAD-L 2024 (previously unavailable in GEE; GLAD has since added it as conf24 in the 2023final asset) and made GLAD-L pick up the newest Landsat year automatically; adds a
GLAD-L_year_2024output column in #248
