Dolphin SVN Plugin 1.0.0

First public release. Subversion integration for the KDE Dolphin file manager,
in the style of TortoiseSVN.

Status overlay icons, context menu actions for update, commit, revert, add,
delete, rename and move, cleanup and locking, a log dialog with diff, blame and
revert, branching, switching and relocating, range and tree merge with merge
tracking, text and tree conflict resolution, create and apply patch, a
repository browser and a property editor.

Install the attached .deb with apt, or build from source. See doc/installation.md.
Requires KDE Plasma 6, Qt 6 and the svn command line client.
