  • ci-service: scaffold a qualified service rather than prompting for a choice (4d90202)

BREAKING CHANGES

  • ci-service: the ci service is no longer chosen based on a prompt. instead it is scaffolded
    based on the qualify predicate of the plugin passing. this means that only plugins that provide a
    qualify predicate will still be possible to scaffold in this context
