This PR introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow to automate merging Dependabot pull requests. The workflow is designed to run on pull requests and uses a third-party action to handle the merging process.
Automation and CI improvements:
.github/workflows/dependabot-ci.ymlthat triggers on pull requests and uses thefastify/github-action-merge-dependabotaction to automatically squash-merge Dependabot PRs.
