Upgrading from 0.20.1

• Building for WebAssembly: add traits: ["WASM"] to your FOSUtilities package dependency (the same way a server enables APNs). Without it, a WASI build stops with an error naming the trait.

Changed

• JavaScriptKit sits behind the new WASM trait — off by default, so a package that does not build for WebAssembly no longer resolves or pins JavaScriptKit (current SwiftPM skips fetching it; older toolchains may still fetch it). With the trait on, a WASI build links JavaScriptKit and gets FOSFoundation's fetch-backed URLSession, as before.
