Describe the bug
When an organiser deletes a placed / completed (free) / cancelled order, it triggers appropriate email and notifications.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Make any order (for eg. cancellation of an order)
- Go to organiser dashboard and delete the ticket
- Refresh the page to see the notification
Expected behaviour
No email/notification should be triggered when order has been deleted
