Startup and appearance

• Fix app startup ui rendering issues

Window resize (preview open)

• Resizing the window with HTML preview visible is much smoother and less CPU-heavy

Installer

• Windows installer license page now has "I accept the agreement" pre-checked

Editor and polish

• Tab key no longer fires twice in the editor
