Create a "security" view

We have several security related files in the project that would be nice to show in our UI including:

• root.json - specifically things like expiration information
• tls.crt - the cert used for the mTLS with devices
• cas.pem - the CAs we trust for mTLS
• devcie-ca.crt (optional) - the CA used by the REST api to sign fio-device-register requests

Showing a high-level overview of this content would help with a lot of support related questions.
