Release v0.70.69

Release Notes:

  • Fix Mighty Deeds counting as successful on a missed or fumbled attack; untargeted deeds note they need a hit (Tim L. White)
  • Fix the party actor portrait so it shows and can be changed (Alexander Minges)
  • Fix items dropped onto the party sheet being lost; they now go to the member row (Alexander Minges)
  • Remove the Effects tab from the party sheet and refuse Active Effect drops (Tim L. White)
  • Document item drops and the party portrait in the party sheet guide (Tim L. White)
