Rework config handling and fix backup/CLI edge cases.

• load the config once and pass a Config value to the save package instead

• of re-reading the file on every call

• return the parsed config from LoadConfig and default a missing dimension

• map to an empty one, so a hand-written config cannot panic the CLI

• only skip files that are actually missing; other open errors now fail the

• backup instead of reporting success with fewer files

• report config write failures instead of ignoring them

• load the config only for the commands that need it, so help and gencfg no

• longer create a config file as a side effect

• error out when the command is missing instead of panicking

• remove the repl command

• accept one or more 0-based indices in del-range/del-simple/del-file and

• validate them all before changing anything

• split only the base name when picking a free archive name, so output

• directories containing a dot work

• make -color a proper bool flag
