• Sensor geometry is now editable in the GUI: an electrode position table (add/remove rows), tank X/Y bounds, and spatial-grid resolution, in a new "Sensor Geometry" section of the Parameters panel. Previously these required hand-editing FishTrackingConfig in pipeline.py despite the README describing a GUI section that didn't actually exist.
• The seconds-between-files interval (dt) is now editable in the Parameters panel.
• The fish-track map now updates its sensor markers and axis bounds live from the current config, instead of a fixed 80x120 cm default baked into the widget construction.

This is aimed at making the pipeline easier to point at a different field site (different electrode count/layout, different enclosure size) without a code change.
