Changed

  • Project status: alpha → beta. The core read/write loop is complete — versioned [CTX] v1 contract, two tracker backends (Jira, GitHub Issues), CI + test suite — so beta ("core complete, surface still settling on 0.x") is now the accurate posture. README badge, warning note, Stability section, plugin README, CONTRIBUTING.md, and docs/TRIAGE.md updated; versioning stays 0.x and the pin guidance is kept. 1.0 is deliberately deferred until the GitLab adapter ships and the command surface stops moving. (#134, #135)
  • Root README finished its v0.8.0 tracker-neutral migration — tagline, intro, commands table, architecture diagram (tracker-backend column: Rovo MCP · gh · glab-soon), prerequisites (backend-per-tracker with the .bitacora.yml tracker: / remote-host selection rule), and the [CTX] section now read Jira or GitHub Issues, resolving the required-vs-optional Rovo MCP contradiction. The /digest row also caught up with the done/planned/blocked --standup (v0.7.7) and the parked-debt ledger (v0.7.6).
