support for more channel functions in state webhooks:
- electricity meters
- impulse counters
- roof window opening sensors
improve cache (should result in less errors in logs)
display sum of power active in channel details of electricity meters
fix dropdown filter in channel state history

In order for this to work you need to log out & log in again in your scripts!
