Timer CLI v1.0.3 - Windows support

What's new

🪟 Windows support — the timer now runs natively on Windows.

• New timerCLI_windows.py using the built-in Windows GetLastInputInfo API (session-wide keyboard/mouse idle detection)
• New standalone TimerAppCLI-x86_64.exe — download, double-click, done
• New timerCLI_windows.bat launcher (in the repo) for running the source script in an existing terminal
• Docs updated (README / INSTALL / USAGE) with Windows instructions
• The Linux AppImage is included here as well for convenience

Windows — quick start

1. Download TimerAppCLI-x86_64.exe
2. Double-click it — or run .\TimerAppCLI-x86_64.exe in an existing terminal
3. No Python install, no admin rights, no setup. Ctrl+C to stop.

From source (Python 3.8+, standard library only): python timerCLI_windows.py

Linux — as before

Download TimerAppCLI-x86_64.AppImage, chmod +x, run. (Input-group setup still applies — see README/INSTALL.)

Unchanged

• Linux behavior exactly as before
• Same 30-second idle pause (adjust IDLE_LIMIT in source)
