First public working prototype of DoubleMouse.\n\nHighlights:\n- Use a second physical mouse as an independent blue pointer on macOS.\n- Keep the system cursor and blue pointer independent.\n- Click with the blue pointer.\n- Assign the system mouse and blue pointer mouse from the menu bar.\n- User-space Swift/AppKit prototype using IOHIDManager, Accessibility, and CoreGraphics.\n\nThis is source-only for now; packaged app builds are planned.
