DoubleMouse 1.2.2 is signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple. macOS no longer asks you to approve the first launch, and Gatekeeper reports the disk image as source=Notarized Developer ID.
Updating from an earlier version needs one manual step. The signature changed, so macOS treats this build as a different app and does not carry the old permissions over. Grant Accessibility again, and Input Monitoring if the blue pointer does not react.
Everything else is unchanged from 1.2.1: right-click and horizontal scrolling for the blue pointer, adjustable speed with optional acceleration, the selected device remembered between launches, and the redrawn glass icon.
The universal DMG supports Apple Silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 13 or later.
