Big patch to fix some stuff before the next content update:
-slightly nerfed the glutton to avoid broken interactions
-reworked custom game over quips to better interact with other mods that add Jimbo dialogue
-added the ability to create custom game over quips specific to endless mode
-added direct compat to fix issues with the following mods: Seals on Everything, More Fluff, Paya's Terrible Additions, and Polterworx
-mod now uses the new smods API method to increase card selection limit (make sure to update Steamodded)
-added a config option to disable the spectral card added by the mod
