This prerelease corrects the Harness UI placement and naming.

  • Moves account management under Settings → Plugins → OpenAI Codex instead of creating a standalone Settings section.
  • Names the Composer provider group OpenAI Codex.
  • Keeps the installed package visible in the plugin inventory as codex-connect.
  • Adds regression coverage for both UI contracts.

Validation: lint, host/browser typecheck, 31 tests, build, package-content check, and isolated Harness browser smoke test all passed. Existing OAuth credentials require no migration.

Distribution: GitHub release asset only; this version has not been published to npm.
