UI placement correction

  • Moves the OpenAI Codex OAuth account controls into Settings → Plugins → Plugin configuration.
  • Removes the separate OpenAI Codex settings tab.
  • Keeps the plugin inventory entry as codex-connect and the Composer provider label as OpenAI Codex.
  • Preserves existing OAuth credentials; no migration or re-login is required.

Validation

  • 10 test files / 31 tests passed.
  • Lint, typecheck, build, package-content validation, and live browser smoke passed.
  • GitHub release asset only; this version was not published to npm.
