User-acceptance Alpha. Adds one OpenAI Codex card under Settings > Plugins > Plugin configuration with ChatGPT account status, quota display, and staged Save/Discard controls for optional Codex search and view_image capabilities. Settings persist through the Harness settings namespace and apply live. The plugin declares the Composer provider as OpenAI Codex and remains visible in Plugin list. It never changes the default model or global search route. Includes all Alpha.3 SSRF and Web OAuth hardening. Verified with 14 test files and 61 passing tests, typecheck, build, pack validation, a real 3081 upgrade, save/discard and reload persistence, signed-in quota status, Composer grouping, Plugin list presence, and zero browser console errors or warnings.
