Codex Connect v0.1.0-alpha.4.4

Distribution and documentation alignment release. No runtime behavior changed from v0.1.0-alpha.4.3.

• Makes npm dsh-codex-connect@alpha the primary installation path.
• Fixes npm package README selection: English README at package root, Chinese documentation under docs/.
• Adds exact npm and pinned GitHub fallback commands.
• Adds an Alpha publishing guard and maintainer release checklist.
• Keeps OAuth, search/image defaults, routing, and Harness behavior unchanged.
