Visual showcase release. No runtime behavior changed from v0.1.0-alpha.4.4.

  • Adds a purpose-built Codex Connect hero image.
  • Adds real Harness screenshots for ChatGPT OAuth status, plugin configuration, and the model picker.
  • Updates the English and Chinese README pages together.
  • Keeps model routing, search, view_image, OAuth storage, and Harness approval behavior unchanged.
