• Added product boundary between public HIS, private Agentic Life OS, Agentic Health OS, and research-only Life Sciences Researcher IS.
• Added Codex plugin package for a sovereign health operator skill.
• Added external systems comparison, repo consolidation map, jurisdiction model, and source-backed safety/privacy model.
• Expanded clinician handoff, doctor-visit prep, disease-navigation, nutrition/fitness, medication/supplement inventory, and private-vault templates.

Safety Status

This remains a preclinical prerelease. It does not diagnose, interpret labs or imaging, prescribe treatment, recommend medication or supplement changes, or replace clinicians.
