Latest v16 Update: Desktop Edit Icon and “Create New Workspace” Option Missing

After updating Frappe to a newer v16 release, the Desktop Edit icon and the “Create New Workspace” option are no longer visible.

In my local environment running Frappe v16.8.0 (version-16), both options are available and working as expected.

However, on our development server running Frappe v16.11.0 (version-16), the Desktop Edit icon is missing, and the “Create New Workspace” option is not visible.

You can currently create a workspace from /desk via the left-click menu and selecting "+ Workspace".

@sokumon, I understand the rationale behind the new mental model, but I don't think it aligns well with user expectations:

1. The left-click action menu introduces a completely new interaction pattern that, as far as I'm aware, isn't used elsewhere in the application.
2. Having the Create action in a different location from the Edit action feels inconsistent and can be confusing. Users will typically look for the create button in the same area where they manage existing workspaces.

I don't see a significant downside to keeping the create button where users naturally expect to find it, while still supporting the new workflow.
