Choose a tag to compare

@frdyx frdyx released this 14 Oct 17:29

Research you can inspect.

Turn a focused question into a source-linked dossier with evidence levels, visible gaps and a record of the research performed. Choose Claude or Codex and use rSEARCH from your agent, the command line or Claude Desktop.

This release brings a clearer README, simpler installation guidance, concise extension setup copy and a refreshed workflow diagram. The four use-case images now include their matching titles on the left: Choose a technology, Find migration gaps early, Research an interaction, and Trace the claim.

Get started

  • Claude Desktop: download rsearch-0.2.2.mcpb, install it through Settings → Extensions → Advanced settings → Install Extension, and choose claude or codex as your provider.
  • Command line: install the package below and provide a Markdown research brief.
  • Source: download rsearch-0.2.2-source.zip for the complete toolkit, skills, documentation and assets.
npm install --global https://github.com/frdyx/rSEARCH/releases/download/v0.2.2/rsearch-0.2.2.tgz
rsearch doctor --provider claude
rsearch research --provider claude --brief-file question.md

Use --provider codex to choose Codex. Install and sign in to your chosen provider CLI first. Standalone use requires Node.js 22+; the desktop extension uses its host's Node runtime.
