Windows preview follow-ups.

  • The QuickLook and GNOME Sushi previews now close when you click a page of the contact sheet, opening the reader behind them — as the windowed sheet already did.
  • EPUB page links address the exact position the reader keeps for each page. Where a page's mark falls mid-column, Zotero's paginated reader names the containing page (its own page navigation does the same); scrolled flow lands on it exactly.

The macOS build carries the signed qlpreview helper. Windows and Linux need no bundled binary.
