v1.21 Better support for multiple playlists

This is the v1.21 release of Boombox.
It has better support for multiple playlists.
The main updates are:

• Libraries changed to assume generic amount of playlists
• Example sketch "deployment - headless - dual playlist" added
• All application code and examples updated to be compatible with new library
