Extended Hilbert Modular Group

Added extended Hilbert modular group functionality, including:

  • Extended Hilbert modular group class with support for lattice ideals and level structure
  • Cusp representatives and normalizing maps for extended groups
  • Pullback algorithms for extended Hilbert modular groups
  • Cython-optimized group element and pullback implementations
  • Example notebooks demonstrating the extended functionality
  • Default passagemath dependency updated from 10.5.49 to 10.8.1
  • Updated passagemath compatibility (tested with 10.5.49, 10.6.47, 10.6.48, 10.8.1)
  • Widened Cython support to >=3.0.8,<3.3.0
