Still tendency to heavily underestimate infrastructure-related changes (e.g. Trusty/Xenial build channels) -- anything that involves infra/dev collab, work across repos, lots of testing. Let's more systematically break those down.

1) Review important dates and time commitments
2019-02-06 to 2019-02-08: PTO: Mickael
2019-02-11 : New hire joins the team
2019-02-11 to 2019-02-15: SecureDrop On-Site: Kev (with Harlo from training team)
2019-02-12 : QA begins for SecureDrop 0.12.0 (feature freeze)
2019-02-18 : Toronto + US Holiday: President's Day
2019-02-19 : String freeze / pre-release announcement for SecureDrop 0.12.0 (EOD PST)

2) Agree on must-achieve sprint goals
  • Resolve all must-have pre-requisites for Ubuntu Xenial support in SecureDrop 0.12.0
  • Successfully on-board new team member to SecureDrop core development
  • Minimally, implement stopgap restrictions for large file uploads
3) Task selection and estimation
