• terminal: Cmd+click on a folder's path opens it in Finder, not the editor
• settings: Animated status icons read better in a list: a working agent's glyph is a quarter larger, more saturated and rests brighter between pulses; the check and the dot grow with it
• sessions: the place icon picker's grids span the dialog, their tiles stretching to share it, with a scrollbar; an emoji group's heading sticks to the list's top until the next one pushes it up, so only the bottom edge fades
• sidebar: compact workspaces mark a worktree with a branch icon in front of its name, the line it has no room for
