Description

Add support for extending the Home Assistant template engine.

Motivation and Context

It would be cool if Spook could extend the Home Assistant template engine with custom functions/tests.

How has this been tested?

Screenshots (if appropriate):

fnmatch is not an existing template method in Home Assistant, but injected by Spook.
