Hello Frictionless Data team,
We publish an independently compiled Philippines PCSO draw schedule and historical-results snapshot as a versioned Frictionless Tabular Data Package:
The package contains three tabular resources: a 9-row game schedule, a 13,457-row verified historical-results snapshot, and an 18-row field dictionary. Each resource has an explicit schema and primary key. The results snapshot uses the composite key
lottery_slug + draw_date + draw_time, and its rows retain source URLs for provenance. The compilation and documentation are released under CC BY 4.0. Underlying public facts remain subject to their original sources. This is an independent archive, not an official PCSO database, and it makes no prediction or betting claim.
Would this fit the Adoption page under Find Frictionless Datasets or, alternatively, Community Projects? We can provide a short listing entry or a focused pull request if the maintainers prefer.
Disclosure: this submission text was drafted with AI assistance and checked against the fixed v2.0.1 package descriptor and CSV files before submission.
