Core

• Process stdout/stderr no longer renders a blank line per chunk in
  the event stream: the trailing newline is trimmed from the display
  message, while the raw bytes still ride along in
  RuntimeEvent.data.

GTK frontend

• Failed attach attempts show an error banner instead of the idle
  banner, with Re-Spawn as the primary action; Arm is no longer
  offered on attach-kind sessions where spawn gating does not apply.
• New Mission: base URL edits persist after a debounce instead of
  requiring Enter, and switching providers no longer wipes typed
  text. Servers like open-webui that need a Bearer token are
  supported via an optional API key on the local OpenAI-compatible
  provider. Model list refreshes without rebuilding the provider
  section, and stale async loads can no longer overwrite newer ones.
• CodeShare browser: actions row pinned at the bottom so Add as
  Instrument is always visible, centered placeholder when nothing is
  selected, Source section hidden until details load.
• Welcome backdrop compiles its shaders on GLES contexts (GLSL ES
  3.00 preamble) instead of failing with the desktop-GL one.
• More breathing room on the welcome actions.
