Missions — goal-driven agent loop (new)
Describe a goal in natural language and let an LLM-driven agent loop
drive Luma to achieve it. Pluggable providers, with Claude Code wired
in via MCP and surfaced as a local subprocess when available. Missions
are labelled with LLM-generated titles, steerable mid-run, and
cancellation persists partial turns. Assistant text renders as
Markdown; user turns are distinguished from tool results. New Mission
dialog remembers last-used settings and presents failures clearly.
Missions can be deleted from the sidebar. Available in both the macOS
SwiftUI and GTK frontends.
Embedded MCP server (new)
Exposes Luma's tools to external MCP clients: resolver, hooks,
packages, custom instrument lifecycle, tracer hook editing, ITrace
arming/inspection, widgets, resume_session, list_findings,
read_finding, filtered list_processes. Bearer auth required, token
persisted with rotation, pinned port, act-tools gated on approval.
Backed by Network.framework on Apple and libsoup elsewhere; SSE
streaming on Linux.
Custom instruments
- New widget data model: table, counter, histogram, and hex widgets,
with per-definition data caps, wired through the agent, UI,
collaboration, and MCP. - Round-trip as hook packs.
- Configurable boolean feature defaults.
- Drafts flush when leaving the editor; detached instances reload on
save. Polished example template.
Tracer & ITrace
- Tracer event log persists across runs; events stay formatted after
detach. Agent waits for events instead of polling. - ITrace arming gains max-invocations and max-bytes-per-invocation
caps, plus inspection tools. Controls collapsed into a pill in both
frontends.
Dependencies
- frida-swift / frida-core bumped to 17.9.8;
@types/frida-gumto
19.1.0.
UI / UX
- NowSecure credit on welcome and about; plasma backdrop replaces the
rising-motes welcome animation. - Unified error formatting;
Frida.Errorformats itself. - Aligned sidebar row labels, single source for session icons, arm
banner hidden on attach sessions, REPL hint tailored per session
kind. - GTK: inspect separated from address actions; falls back to last
known threads; welcome backdrop reaches the top edge.
