Main changes since v0.8.4:

  • fixed a regression introduced in 0.8.4 with setconfig() misbehaving under certain scenarios
  • multiple scripts: improved detecting and reporting errors in arguments
  • Implemented separate handling of autoupdates and persistence. Previously both only could be enabled or disabled together which wasn't really making sense.
  • As a part of that, simplified and streamlined cron-related logic, mostly in the *cronsetup and *manage scripts
