Gateway image builds no longer install netcat-openbsd; they use the base image’s BusyBox nc for health checks. The workspace image now pins direct Alpine packages, with the Alpine minor version explicit in its Node base tag and Renovate configured to keep those pins current. #1710
Action runs now coordinate with other Action runs through their own S3 lock, so gateway work no longer blocks them. Lock acquisition errors fail closed when S3 is configured, and a declined run now leaves a job summary and warning (and, where applicable, an agent: blocked label) instead of disappearing without explanation. Declined or failed lock attempts do not persist session state. #1713
Background-task completions reported by OpenCode no longer leave Action runs waiting until their timeout. The stream handler recognizes the injected root-session completion marker even though it has no timestamp, settles tracked children, and keeps waiting for the parent’s reply; the injected marker itself is not emitted as response text. #1715
