docs: LHCI gotcha — deployment_status runs from the default branch - #23

Add gotcha #6: workflows triggered by deployment_status always use the default-branch copy of the workflow file, so the LHCI workflow does not run on the PR that introduces it — only after it lands on main/develop. This trips up nearly every first-time setup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #4 (review finding). Adds gotcha #6 to the Lighthouse CI guide.
deployment_status-triggered workflows always run from the default-branch copy of the workflow file. So the LHCI workflow does not run on the PR that introduces it — only oncelighthouseci.ymllands onmain/develop. This is documented GitHub behavior and surprises nearly every first-time setup ("I added it but nothing ran").The new row tells users to expect no LHCI run on the introducing PR and that it's expected, not a misconfiguration.

NIGHT_SHIFT_VERSIONbump: docs-only change to a human-facing copy-paste reference. The version bump triggers a re-read ofSKILL.md(which doesn't include this doc), so it carries no refresh signal here — consistent with #4, which also didn't bump when it created this file.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
