v0.7.6 - Launcher Hardening, Legacy Code Cleanup & Documentation Sweep

This patch release hardens the unlock-start launcher against signal-handler leaks and polling hangs, removes deprecated legacy migration code, fixes broken script references, and sweeps documentation for stale content.

Unlock-Start Isolated Mode Hardening

• Clean up leaked signal handlers from runIsolated, main, and forwardSignal paths. Fix unguarded setInterval in runIsolated. Add settled guard to prevent post-settlement timer scheduling. Add regression test for poll rejection.

Unlock-Start Launcher Hardening

• Add daemonReleased flag preventing redundant daemon stop after supervisor release.
• Replace fragile .replace(/\.js$/, '') with path.parse().name for correct .ts detection.
• Add isSupervisorTransientError() helper for proper error routing.
• Filter ESRCH in signal forwarding paths.

Deprecated Pattern Removal

• Remove orderbook legacy price mode alias; market alias preserved as book mapping.
• Remove SHA-256 vault legacy format (hashPassword, decryptLegacyRecord, migrateLegacyVault).
• Remove DUST_CANCEL_DELAY_MIN legacy migration, staleTailVerifiedTs single-timestamp migration, and deferPersistence flag.
• New AMA slope writes default to perBar; window/cumulative/legacy recognition preserved.
• Fix broken script references: node scripts/*.js -> npx tsx scripts/*.ts.

Documentation Sweep

• Fix stale line numbers, broken file paths, and outdated test counts across docs.
• Clarify legacy labels and test count wording.

Docker

• Skip npm prepare script during Docker npm ci to prevent tsc failure before source COPY.
