Release Notes

This release corrects a long standing change I needed to make. Output.DebugPrint() added a new line at the end. I needed a DebugPrint without the newline so I renamed it to Output.DebugPrintln() and created a new OutputDebugPrint() that does not add the newline.

I'll need to update all of my programs, but once done it will be as it should have been.
