Major release adopting Frost UI 4 and fQuery 5, adding compiled ESM exports, and improving dialog actions, lifecycle handling, and accessibility.

Requires @fr0st/ui 4 and @fr0st/query 5 as peer dependencies. Browser applications must load compatible builds; Frost UI's all-in-one bundle supplies both dependencies.
The package root now resolves to the compiled ESM bundle. Package exports expose the root, dist/*, and src/*; internal prototype modules and underscore-prefixed state have been replaced with private component methods and fields. Use the read-only node and options accessors to inspect a dialog.
Supplied option values replace defaults before cloning. A supplied buttons array replaces the entire default array, and buttons: [] removes default actions. Resolved options are shallow-frozen.
Declared Node.js support is ^20.19.0 || ^22.13.0 || >=24.

Prevented repeated action callbacks from rapid clicks or selecting another action while a dialog is closing.
Queued immediate close() calls until opening finishes, and made repeated and post-cleanup calls safe.
Ensured dialogs close when an action callback throws synchronously while preserving the reported error.
Prevented replacement buttons from inheriting default callbacks and isolated resolved button definitions from later input or default changes.
Restored focus to the opener after closing and prevented nested modal events from removing the parent dialog.
Removed the demo's column divider that remained visible when the first panel stacked on smaller screens.

Added accessible title associations, an ariaLabel fallback, and documented focus and Modal lifecycle behavior.
Added compiled ESM and UMD bundles with source maps, migrated the build to Vite, and updated development dependencies.
Added cross-browser Playwright coverage and CI, aligned fixtures and case tables with Frost UI conventions, and organized tests from ordinary behavior to edge cases.
Updated README installation, development, options, callback, and accessibility documentation, and refreshed the demo for Frost UI 4.
