Kazari v1.2.0

This release adds kazari process, a post-build CLI that upgrades plain code blocks in already-built HTML to framed, syntax-highlighted Kazari blocks. It works on the output of any static site generator with zero Markdown pipeline changes.

Also included: a Hugo render hook that preserves per-block options through the build, a complete example Hugo site (live demo), and a fix for unstyled collapse sections when using explicit ranges without WithCollapsible.
